ACCI

Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute (ACCI)

To whom it may concern,

The Australasian Carpet Cleaning Institute (ACCI) was formed in June 1994 with the sole intention of training and supporting elite professionals within the carpet cleaning industry. During this time we have trained over 1000 technicians throughout Australasia and earned the support and respect of manufacturers of carpets and upholstery items including, Wools of New Zealand, DuPont, Interface and the Furniture Industry Association of Australia.

The courses conducted by ACCI are designed and developed according to manufacturer's requirements and Australian Standards 3733:1995. Those who attend the Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning courses are required to pass a written examination with accuracy above 95%. In this way we are certain that the technical information is understand. The Specialty Spot and Stain Removal and Water Damage courses contain practical sessions in order to maintain a high standard.

As part of the ongoing service provided by ACCI we offer a technical support helpline as well as laboratory testing facilities available to assist members with any unusual situations. In this way we can provide solutions to problems as they occur.
